With a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Edinburgh Napier University and experience working in NHS hospitals, including Edinburgh’s Royal Children’s Hospital, Sophie brings top-notch expertise in musculoskeletal rehab, manual therapy, and sports injury treatment. She’s also training as a Pilates instructor and has worked with GAA & soccer teams in both Ireland and the UK! ⚽🏃‍♀️
