A time of equal light and dark.
A time of balance, inner and outer, masculine and feminine.
A time to begin a journey inward.
A time for reflection.

Creating some space for yourself to reflect is a must. It's easy to get so caught up in the DOing that we forget to just BE.

Taking some time out for myself today, to connect, to restore balance, go inward, to just BE.

When pulling cards this morning I asked for a message to share with everyone, something the collective needed to hear. This is the card that was pulled.

The message that comes with this card is "The first and most important step for healing is being able to recognise you need it. Take a moment to reflect on what is going on for you." There is help out there for you, all you have to do is ask.

Pay attention to the colours of the angels wings. Does a specific shade catch your eye or stand out more than the others. This could correspond with a chakra which may highlight an area of your body (physical or energetic) that needs a little healing.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy. It works on the principle that every part of the body is mapped out in reflex points on the feet (shown in the picture below). These points are stimulated, with gentle pressure applied in an effort to restore balance to that specific area of the body.

As I work on your feet I can identify areas of congestion by the texture and appearance and pay particular attention to these areas to increase healing in that part of the body. The treatment is incredibly relaxing and has so many benefits.

What a beautiful Monday morning! I always find Monday a great day for a little self care, whether it's going for a nice walk, taking an hour out to read an uplifting book, or even just playing my favourite song and listening, singing and dancing to it with no distractions. Do something that uplifts you today, it'll make all the difference to your day and maybe even your week. 💕

We found this little guy in our veggie patch this evening. Anyone who knows me, knows that I have a serious frog phobia but they also know that I love to delve into the symbolic meaning of animals and what message they bring. So after mustering up the courage to take a photo, I got busy researching what it meant.
What I found:
The frog represents a number of things including transformation and change. I feel this symbolism is very apt. The month of September is a time of year that also represents change as the leaves begin to change colour and fall away from trees, the weather becomes colder, evenings become shorter. With this being such a potent time to create change, I feel like my environment is very much pushing me to ask myself, what changes do I want to make? To really look at what's working in my life and what need work. It also occurred to me that my fear of frogs may also be pointing towards a fear of change, which could be true for many of us. All too often we get comfortable with what we know so much so it could be preventing us from achieving anything more. So today I definitely feel as though I've been told it's time to jump out of our comfort zone, take a leap of faith and make some changes to enhance our experience of this wonderful life. 💕

We had the most incredible and unexpected experience today on one of our many visits to the beach beside our home. We got to witness a gorgeous pod of dolphins swimming close to the shore. As I stood watching, waiting to see their fins glide gracefully over the surface of the water I couldn't help but feel I was witnessing something incredibly magical. When I got home I felt compelled to research the symbolism of dolphins as I felt there may have been a message for me or even all of us from this experience. In my research I found that seeing a dolphin can indicate that its time to embrace the real you. So here I am, sharing my experience and interpretation of a magical moment. For anyone who needs to hear it, you're perfect just as you are, embrace all the traits that make you, you. I believe, that the love and acceptance of self is where the real magic of life can begin!
