Lately I’ve been quietly busy doing work that feels really meaningful 💚

Over the past while I’ve been:
• working with people living with Alzheimer’s
• holding staff wellbeing & appreciation days
• offering private sound baths
• supporting charity & community events
• co-facilitating retreats & holistic gatherings

At the heart of all of it is the same intention , creating space for the nervous system to settle, for people to feel safe, and for deep rest to happen.

A sound bath in the beautiful setting of Tintern Abbey, in support of the Epona Dawn Fund - helping young people in Wexford to avail of interventions to promote positive mental health & wellbeing & counselling services.

It’s been 7 years since Eppie passed away and her memory has helped so many people with the help of her mam .frost.37 .

🌿 All are welcome.
💜 Minimum €20 donation (with all proceeds going directly to the fund - please feel free to give more if you’re able).

Together, we can honor her memory and create ripples of support for those who need it most.

I have pulled back on the amount of sound baths I'm doing so there is very limited availability!!

🪽Monday 9th - Aerial • Ashgrove Studio • 7.30pm • Almost Full.

🌕Thursday 12th - Full Moon Beach Yoga & Sound Bath with Gemma • Baginbun Beach • 7pm • DM to book.

Wednesday 18th - Wexford Arts Centre with • 7pm.

Monday 23rd - Aerial • Ashgrove Studio • 7.30pm •
1 hammock left! Beds available.

Saturday 28th - Sound Bath & Sauna • Oakdale Sauna • 10am • Book through their website.
