As you grow, you may find that certain family members or friends no longer align with your energy — and that’s okay. This is part of your spiritual awakening, part of stepping into a higher version of yourself. 🌟

You do not have to remain in environments that drain you or pull you away from your soul’s path. If they truly love you, they will want what is best for your alignment… not what benefits them, their expectations, or their comfort. ❤️

Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is love from afar…

This piece came through as a portrait of The Divine feminine wisdom.

Angel Healing and Card Reading

My passion for holistic health and spiritual wellbeing began 20 years ago. I studied various holistic hands on treatments such as massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and sports massage and nutrition. Yoga and fitness were demonstrated within a hospital environment alongside the therapies to promote self-care and mindfulness. I studied Nutritional Therapy and worked in a health store for many years. Ten years ago, my interest in the Angels and Angel cards started to grow. I began to do courses in Angel Therapy with Mary.K.Hayden, Reiki Healing and Angel Core Healing (Level 1,2,3) with Brian McCullen. I feel so grateful to have the ability to help others through the guidance given in a card reading and to see the results from a healing. So thank you for reading this and I look forward to reaching out to more people in the future.
