When it comes to achieving your ideal body composition it is crucial to understand that getting your nutrition correct is NUMBER ONE. Nutrition is also hugely important to those involved in any type of sport or exercise program and is equally as important as the training you do in the gym/on the field/on the road. We can tailor plans to suit any of the following:

Sports performance (GAA, soccer, runners, cyclists, weight lifting, all sports catered to)

At Rosslare Nutrition Club we understand that eating for performance and eating for fat loss are two completely different things. Let us put together a nutrition plan for you that will:
