Hey Soul Tribe,

​Just a heads-up, if you were wondering wtf happened yesterday!?

​We literally had a huge influx of light come in via big Solar Flares which felt incredibly expansive—almost tipping to the point of overwhelm.

​That was very quickly followed by an S4 Solar Radiation Storm, and now we have an incoming Geomagnetic Storm which has reached a KP8!

​This is quite a mix of energies for those who are sensitive 🥺 You might feel as though you're being thrown around the cosmic washing machine.

​The Radiation Storms in particular can make you feel anxious, depressed, angry, frustrated—just overall not yourself and quite energetically charged and overwhelmed.

​The Geomagnetic Storm brings different effects:
• ​Feeling incredibly tired for no reason
• ​Body aches and pains flaring up
• ​Stomach and nervous system issues
• ​Changes in appetite (often feeling hungrier than usual)

​This is the perfect time to really nurture yourself and your physical body.

​I'm witnessing so many people going through such a big unravelling within their energy fields. So much density, implants, technologies, attachments, and entities are showing up intensely at the moment.

They are glaringly obvious because they want to be addressed and cleared.

​Be very observant that your monkey mind doesn't run the show! This is likely one of the above trying to hold its last grip.

​Can you feel the sense of heightened polarisation? The split is happening... The Soul Timeline vs The Survival Timeline!

​It's flicking in and out all the time, and these energies are making it hugely noticeable.

​So, choose you and your best version in each moment.

​If you're going through big changes such as detox, lifestyle, or personal shifts, just know this: every moment you choose not to repeat an old pattern, you are choosing your higher timeline, each step of the way.
