This practice centers on a present, healing space inside you—accessible through your body and mind. We pause to feel what’s truly happening and learn to trust that process. By weaving together what we feel with what we noticing, awareness deepens and we learn about ourselves through the practice. The result is tangible: greater awareness, grounded, and a calmer everyday life. If you’d like to experience that, I’d be glad to have you join.

I teach people how to use the body to quiet the mind and sharpen awareness. It’s not about fitness or flexibility—it’s about presence. When we pay close attention to the body, we become clearer, calmer, and more responsive. That carries into relationships, work, and the way we meet challenges. The practice builds the capacity to stay steady when things are hard, so we can do what matters instead of just reacting. In short, it helps people be healthy, focused, and resilient.

Linda is back teaching Yoga! In these classes, we explore the ever-evolving dance between body and mind and how tools like Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Bodywork, and psychotherapeutic approaches can expand our capacity. This work helps you stay fully present in the world—not only when life runs smoothly, but also as you lean into and hold space for uncomfortable feelings.

The practice invites a deeper understanding of what drives you, what you stand for, your values, and what no longer serves you, guiding you toward what is useful and nourishing as you move forward.

Formerly known as Sadhana Yoga, this page and service have evolved to include Psychotherapy. I am currently completing a Masters degree in Pluralistic Psychotherapy. Understanding the mind and developing the words to tell our stories is a gift. The truly integral part of mind mastery, mental health, and healing is cultivating body awareness through movement, breath and touch.

This class lays the foundations of the movement patterns, cultivation of breath awareness, practice of paying attention in the moment, experience of embodiment, and an introduction to mantra... all of which encompass the practice of yoga. Absolutely, establishing a solid grounding in the foundational principles of yoga practice is essential for safe, integrated, and intelligent progress.

Linda is back teaching Yoga! In these classes, we explore the ever-evolving dance between body and mind and how tools like Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Bodywork, and psychotherapeutic approaches can expand our capacity. As a yoga teacher with 17 years of experience, my journey has evolved beyond the physical aspects of the practice into a deeper exploration (through a Social Care degree and Masters in Pluralistic Psychotherapy) of sociology, psychology, and ancient philosophies. By integrating these disciplines, my approach now extends beyond movement, offering functional and relevant methods to process emotions, cultivate awareness, and foster presence in every aspect of life—from our personal selves to our relationships, and even our interactions with society and the world at large.

Building the capacity to regulate the nervous system (NS) and cultivate NS variability. At times we need the nervous system to be up-regulated for certain tasks and functions. The issue with this is that we can become stuck in this mode which can signal to the body and mind that we are not safe leading us to operate at this level daily. Practicing activities which help us to down-regulate the NS re-educate it, allowing us to experience relaxation which is a by-product of Yoga practice.
