Linda is back teaching Yoga! In these classes, we explore the ever-evolving dance between body and mind and how tools like Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Bodywork, and psychotherapeutic approaches can expand our capacity. This work helps you stay fully present in the world—not only when life runs smoothly, but also as you lean into and hold space for uncomfortable feelings.
The practice invites a deeper understanding of what drives you, what you stand for, your values, and what no longer serves you, guiding you toward what is useful and nourishing as you move forward.
Formerly known as Sadhana Yoga, this page and service have evolved to include Psychotherapy. I am currently completing a Masters degree in Pluralistic Psychotherapy. Understanding the mind and developing the words to tell our stories is a gift. The truly integral part of mind mastery, mental health, and healing is cultivating body awareness through movement, breath and touch.

This class lays the foundations of the movement patterns, cultivation of breath awareness, practice of paying attention in the moment, experience of embodiment, and an introduction to mantra... all of which encompass the practice of yoga. Absolutely, establishing a solid grounding in the foundational principles of yoga practice is essential for safe, integrated, and intelligent progress.
