Burnout is real!! If you're feeling overwhelmed by managing everything on your own-running your business, creating content, engaging with followers-trust me, you're not alone!

As entrepreneurs, we often think we have to do everything by ourselves. But this can lead to exhaustion and inconsistent results on social media, especially when you are juggling multiple roles.

Here’s how you can ease the pressure and still get amazing results:

Batch Your Content Creation: Instead of trying to post on the fly, spend one day a week planning and creating all of your content. Tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite can help you design and schedule your posts ahead of time, so you're not constantly scrambling throughout your already busy day.

Delegate or Automate: Hiring a Virtual Assistant like myself or freelancer to help with tasks like engagement and content scheduling. And remember, automation tools for non-engagement tasks (like scheduling) are your friend—but don’t automate comments or likes. Keep those personal!

Focus on Quality Over Quantity: You don’t have to post every day! Aim for consistency instead of frequency. It’s better to post three high-quality, valuable posts a week than seven rushed ones.

🧡A lot of businesses lack a social media presence. In the world we now live in, you will not get away without having some sort of social media. The first thing I do when I hear of a new cafe that just opened up or if I want to find something fun to do for the weekend is search on Instagram, Facebook, or even just Google. So having a good social media account is a must!

🧡This can be a lot for business owners. Some people lack experience, knowledge, or time to keep an updated IG page, LinkedIn profile, etc. This is where I come in!

🧡My Social Media Management Service includes the following:
- Content scheduling and planning including reels, static posts, stories, giveaways, etc.
- DM Management. If you are a MUA, busy resturaunt owner or yoga teacher, a lot of your DMs will be packed with questions about opening hours, making reservations, special requirements that take time to answer.

🧡Every VA will have a different set of services that they offer based on the skills that they possess and also based on clients that they wish to work with.

🧡For me, my services are set to reach female holistic practitioners and wellness coaches and also female artists!

🧡The main services I provide are email management, social media management and content creation. These type of services are ideal for my clients as it means that they can get back to finishing their latest painting or get back into teaching yoga classes again or actively hosting healing retreats instead of being stuck behind their computer all day!

During my life, I have worked in many different sectors. This includes travel agents, cafes, fast food, retail, etc. During this time, I have gained the skills that I still use and improve today.

I have always had strong people skills and I work well under pressure. I am also very punctual and am highly organised with my work. I thrive on an organised day in order to reach deadlines.

I love creating as well. I adore creating social media content and have a good eye for popular sounds and trends as well.
