When I started my VA business, I wanted something to take me away from the 9-5 life. I wanted to be my own boss.

I saw the ideal life to be able to travel and work and that it was SO EASY to make your millions. That is BS, it did not happen like that!

But I am not upset about it. I have learned over the years that I really adore the work I do. I love making content that shows off the amazing things women can create.

Whether its coffee, cakes, art or lifestyle products, it fulfils me to bring it to life and make it beautiful.

Burnout is real!! If you're feeling overwhelmed by managing everything on your own-running your business, creating content, engaging with followers-trust me, you're not alone!

As entrepreneurs, we often think we have to do everything by ourselves. But this can lead to exhaustion and inconsistent results on social media, especially when you are juggling multiple roles.

Here’s how you can ease the pressure and still get amazing results:

Batch Your Content Creation: Instead of trying to post on the fly, spend one day a week planning and creating all of your content. Tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite can help you design and schedule your posts ahead of time, so you're not constantly scrambling throughout your already busy day.

Delegate or Automate: Hiring a Virtual Assistant like myself or freelancer to help with tasks like engagement and content scheduling. And remember, automation tools for non-engagement tasks (like scheduling) are your friend—but don’t automate comments or likes. Keep those personal!

Focus on Quality Over Quantity: You don’t have to post every day! Aim for consistency instead of frequency. It’s better to post three high-quality, valuable posts a week than seven rushed ones.
