So we’re trying our best, every single day.. trying to be the best version of ourselves because that’s of course the expectation.
And we all know in theory what to do to feel good, that’s no mystery, we know exercise is good, we know eating well is good, we know social connection is good, that sleep is important etc etc but if knowing was enough we would all be 100% happy, healthy & fulfilled all of the time.
But the reality is that very often, life gets in the way, old habits get in the way and honestly we most probably get in our own way. With the best will in the world, we can’t convince ourselves to get off the couch or to choose the healthy food option or to call someone for a chat as we’re actually just too tired or weary & yet we can’t get to sleep early .. sometimes knowing what to do, is just not enough & we need a little help to take the next best step ..
