Yoga Classes
I intend to help people find ease and space within their body and breath. I will guide you through classes teaching you to listen to the wisdom of your body and stay connected to the present moment, quieting the mind. This will increase mindfulness and awareness.
I encourage laughter and smiles in class when appropriate. At times we can take ourselves too seriously so if we tumble or fall off balance it's ok to have a little giggle at yourself and then get back into the breath and the practice. I truly believe that laughter is medicine and so healing in itself.
If you are curious about yoga and trying out a class now is the time. Maybe you think โoh Iโd love to try a class some day but Iโm not flexible enough or strong enoughโ Well thatโs what yoga is for. This is what yoga can help with along with a plethora of other benefits. We all have to start somewhere, so why not now?
