Create moments of peace throughout your day

Inhale slowly, expanding your rib cage and stomach.
Pause briefly.
Exhale slowly, relaxing your body.
Pause and wait until you feel the first sensations of wanting to breathe in again, then repeat the cycle.

You can do this anywhere - in your home, work or in nature

It can be short and sweet

A little goes a long way 🧡

"As I often tell my students, the two most important phrases in therapy, as in yoga, are “Notice that” and “What happens next?” Once you start approaching your body with curiosity rather than with fear, everything shifts"

~Bessel A. van der Kolk - The Body Keeps the Score~

I look forward to seeing you for class in this evening at 7pm (Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class)

Please DM me to book your space - booking is essential 😊

P.S We won't be upside-down this evening so please don't let my handstand play throw you off 🙃🙏🏻 Unless you want to try then I'm happy to assist 😉🤸🏻‍♀️

Yoga Classes

I intend to help people find ease and space within their body and breath. I will guide you through classes teaching you to listen to the wisdom of your body and stay connected to the present moment, quieting the mind. This will increase mindfulness and awareness.

I encourage laughter and smiles in class when appropriate. At times we can take ourselves too seriously so if we tumble or fall off balance it's ok to have a little giggle at yourself and then get back into the breath and the practice. I truly believe that laughter is medicine and so healing in itself.

If you are curious about yoga and trying out a class now is the time. Maybe you think “oh I’d love to try a class some day but I’m not flexible enough or strong enough” Well that’s what yoga is for. This is what yoga can help with along with a plethora of other benefits. We all have to start somewhere, so why not now?

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to get in touch. I am happy to answer you and help where I can.
