Beginning the week of June 15th I'm launching an 8 week programme aimed to teach teenagers the fundamentals of strength & conditioning. The programme will run two evenings a week. These classes are for teenagers between 15-17 years of age. This will be a mixed class although if there is enough interest we can do separate times for boys & girls.
Our teen strength progranme is designed to help young people:

Improve fitness, energy & mindset
Whether you play sport or have never stepped into a gym before β this is the place to start.
No pressure. No ego.
Just good coaching and proper technique which can be used for the rest of your life.
