I am a Fitness Instructor and an Independent Herbalife Distributor. I enjoy helping and guiding people to leading a Healthy active life. I have taken that journey myself, so I understand the struggles and the up and downs to this journey. There is nothing more exciting than to see clients reach and maintain their goal weight and week on week get fitter, stronger and have loads more energy.

At Herbalife we offer a wide range of products from Healthy eating, if you have low energy levels, sports range product, skin care product. My day starts with a Herbalife Shake (mint Choc flavour) for Breakfast (which I just love and couldn’t live without) + multivitamins + Thermo complete (energy booster) and a lovely cup of their Green Tea. The shake is very filling but yet allows me to train without giving me that sensation of feeling sick. I use the Herbalife 24 range (rebuild strength) for recovery after training. I ensure I take in at least 3L of fluid a day to keep me hydrated. I don’t cut out any food group and eat a healthy lunch and dinner with regular snacks( Herbalife protein bars are great snack option). I also use their outer range products, Aloe Shampoo & Conditioner (strengthens hair and smells fab), Aloe soap, New Skin Range moisturizer, Face mask, scrubs.

I teach circuits using Kettlebells, they are a great way to tone and burn loads of calories, get fit and help make you physically and mentally strong. I am a World Silver Medalist in Kettlebell Sport lifting 24kg, the only woman in Ireland to hold this position. If you want to get fit and try out my circuits with kettlebell (suitable for all levels) I teach every Tuesday and Thursday evening in Total Fitness Systems, 26 Westpoint , Clonard, Wexford from 8 – 9.

I also offer Nutritional advice through Herbalife, with Herbalife there is something for everybody, we have such a wide range of products. What is BMR? and why is it important?
BMR is your basal metabolic rate, the amount of energy you burn at rest everyday just to maintain normal body functions such as breathing, circulation, digestion & temperature regulation. BMR usually accounts for the largest part of your total daily calorie expenditure. The average male has a BMR of 1,900 calories and the average female 1,400 calories, but this figure can vary a lot based on body size and quantity of muscle mass.
