Our aim is to provide information to parents which allows them to make informed choices about pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding and to provide a supportive background to empower parents to act upon their decisions. We help thousands of Mums and Dads each year through pregnancy, birth and early days of parenthood. We offer antenatal and postnatal courses, local support and reliable, up to date and evidence based information to help all parents make informed choices. Toddler & Baby Groups: currently no in person groups during to Covid 19 public health advice. (*in non Covid times, First visit to the Toddler Group is free. then each visit is €2 for Cuidiu Members and €4 for Non-Members.*)

Our Baby & Toddler Group is back this Tuesday at 10.30am in the main hall at Clonard Community Centre!

🧸 Bring your little ones along for a cosy morning of play, chats, and connection — there’ll be plenty of toys and space to explore.

☕️ We’ll have the kettle on and snacks ready (just bring a drink for your child). It’s the perfect way to warm up and catch up as the weather turns chilly!

Looking for a friendly space to connect, share, and get support on your breastfeeding journey? Come along to our online breastfeeding group, held Thursday 6th October 8.30 to 9.30pm on Zoom.

Our qualified breastfeeding counsellors are here to offer gentle guidance and encouragement in a relaxed, understanding environment. Whether you stay for the whole session or just drop in for a chat, you’re always welcome.

💚 This Evening- Cuidiú Online Evening Breastfeeding Support Group – You're Invited! 🤱🌙💬

Looking for a relaxed, supportive space to connect with other parents and get breastfeeding support?

Join us every 2nd Thursday evening on Zoom for a free, informal support group led by qualified volunteer Breastfeeding Counsellors.

Whether you're facing challenges, have questions, or just want to share the journey with others who get it, you're warmly welcome. Bring your baby, your cup of tea, and come as you are 💛

💬 Hosted by our Fully qualified , Volunteer Breastfeeding Counsellors, whether you're breastfeeding, chestfeeding, combo-feeding, or exclusively pumping — this is a safe, supportive space for *you*.

👶 New parents, experienced parents, partners, and support people — all are welcome. Come as you are, ask questions, share experiences, or simply be in community with others who understand.
