Our aim is to provide information to parents which allows them to make informed choices about pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding and to provide a supportive background to empower parents to act upon their decisions. We help thousands of Mums and Dads each year through pregnancy, birth and early days of parenthood. We offer antenatal and postnatal courses, local support and reliable, up to date and evidence based information to help all parents make informed choices. Toddler & Baby Groups: currently no in person groups during to Covid 19 public health advice. (*in non Covid times, First visit to the Toddler Group is free. then each visit is €2 for Cuidiu Members and €4 for Non-Members.*)

Our *Breastfeeding Support Group* is returning after a summer break, and we can’t wait to welcome you!

💬 Hosted by our Fully qualified , Volunteer Breastfeeding Counsellors, whether you're breastfeeding, chestfeeding, combo-feeding, or exclusively pumping — this is a safe, supportive space for *you*.

👶 New parents, experienced parents, partners, and support people — all are welcome. Come as you are, ask questions, share experiences, or simply be in community with others who understand.

It is hard to believe it is almost September. 🍂

The best of luck to any of our babies & toddlers that are starting pre-school or school in the coming week or two 🥰

September brings back our regular schedule.

👶 Our baby & toddler group will have 4 Tuesday morning sessions this month, starting back Tues 9th Sept. We can't wait to see all our regular parents and their little ones and lots of new ones too. ❤️

🤰Our Bumps and Babes Coffee Morning is continuing with our September event on Saturday 13th Sept in Whites Hotel Coffee Dock - no need to book!

🤱 Join us for Breastfeeding group in the Shamrock Room in Clonard Community Centre on Fridays 5th & 19th Sept.

📣 𝐑𝐒𝐀 - 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬! 🚗

This August the RSA’s Check it Fits service will be visiting County Wexford at the below locations from 10am - 5:30pm.

Did you know it’s the law that all children under 150cms or 36kgs must use a child car seat appropriate to their weight and height.

The Check it Fits service is quick, it’s easy, it’s free & it aims to put parent’s/guardian’s minds at ease that their child’s car seat is safely and securely fitted in their car.

On the day the experts will advise on:
✅ how to fix any problem
✅ demonstrate how to fit the restraint correctly
✅ answer any queries participants might have

☀️A reminder that our Groups and volunteers will be taking a break from in person activities over the Summer. There will be no Baby & Toddler Group running this week or during August.

🧸 Our last Baby & Toddler group before Summer break will be taking place this Tuesday 22nd July.

👧👶 Bigger siblings off school are welcome along too, but please remind them to be mindful of the little ones when they are playing.

⚠️ As per our previous post (please take a look if you haven't seen it) we are desperately in need of additional volunteers for our group to continue in September. Currently the group frequency will have to reduce to just once a fortnight.

If you can offer as little as one Tuesday morning every 4 to 6 weeks helping out please send us a message to let us know - any assistance is very greatly appreciated ❤️

Our next Cuidiú Wexford Breastfeeding group is back this Friday morning at 10am for Breastfeeding Group in the *Shamrock Room* at Clonard Community Centre.

New and familiar faces are very welcome for a cuppa and chats. Our fully qualified BFCs will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Remember we're here for you at any stage of your journey.
