There’s some good advice here for managing mild covid 19

She recommends getting your immune system working well by eating lots of good ‘real’ food, fruits & veg. Minimising junk, processed food, alcohol and fizzy drinks. Important supplements are Vitamins C, D and Zinc

Practicing breathing - she demonstrates some effective exercises here

Sleeping on your front - uncomfortable perhaps because it’s not our usual sleeping position but with Covid it’s important for our lungs.

The pulse oximeter she mentions is available and relatively cheap. If you can’t source locally, it is available on Amazon or boots chemist online.

Dr Sandhya Ramanathan's plan for home management - divided into three categories (priming immunity, reducing viral load and breathing exercises/positioning) - to help optimally manage a mild case of coronavirus at home.

A Grandfather was telling his grandsons a story of the internal battles that wage within each of us.

"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego." He continued, "The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too.

The grandsons thought about it for a minute and then one of them asked his grandfather,

"Which wolf will win?"

The Grandfather simply replied,

"The one you feed".
