7) July - Kids Yoga Camp 'All around the world'

8) August- Empowering Children Camp

9) September- Kids weekly classes back ♡

10) October- Kid & Parent Halloween Glowga.

11) November- Kid & Parent 'Moon magic' class.

12) Last kids weekly class surprise Xmas Glowga.

Creating a vision board together gives kids and parents a meaningful space to connect, dream, and set intentions as a team. Paired with yoga, breathwork, and relaxation, this workshop helps families slow down, tune into their bodies, and express their goals with clarity and confidence. It encourages creativity, emotional awareness, and mindful communication—strengthening the parent-child bond while building tools for focus, calm, and resilience.

I am delighted to bring this class back for January 2026 after many families enjoying this in Jan 2025.
