Sun protection is the most powerful anti-ageing treatment we have.

After more than 16 years working in aesthetic medicine, this is still the advice I give every patient:

Wear SPF every day.

Not just on holidays.
Not just when it’s sunny.

UV exposure is one of the main causes of:
• premature skin ageing
• pigmentation
• loss of collagen
• skin cancer

Happy Monday Everyone!
A new week is a reminder of why I chose this path.
Ever since I was young, my dream was to become a doctor—to serve, to heal, and to walk in God’s will.
Today, I am deeply grateful and humbled to be a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, and a physician.
Caring for my patients is an honor I never take lightly.
If my journey can inspire even one child, one young woman, or one person walking through a difficult season to believe there is light at the end of the tunnel, then my purpose is fulfilled.
