Just finished another beautiful morning retreat. I have no pictures to share. For me when the Sanctuary’s doors are closed and the space is full of beautiful souls experiencing my offerings it is a private, safe and sacred space where I do not take photos. As the women who were gathered this morning were sharing and laughing, sipped cacao, had facemasks on and meditating and receiving the soundbath it was so beautiful to witness but for me this is captured only in the heart and just those within the room, not on camera for me to share with social media. A private, safe and sacred time. The next morning retreat is on Saturday July 26th. 10am-1pm. We will gathering, sip cacao, be guided through a nourishing skin treatment, meditate and receive a reiki infused soundbath. Today we had our 5th and final meet up for my first ever In-Person Self Love Club. Over the past 5 weeks we have journeyed through the Self Love Club Journal and gathered together weekly. The gatherings have included cacao ceremony’s, lemon and ginger teas, soundbaths, meditations, a guided facial, a full moon beach circle, a fire burning ritual, mindful movement, journalling, bija mantras, affirmations and so much more. We finished the journey today by creating our Vision Boards. Thank you to the 13 beautiful souls that joined me for this first in-person round, for sharing your own journeys, for the chats, the laughs, the tears, the craic and the connection, it has been amazing to share this with you. I am excited to start the new Self Love Club in July with the 16 souls signed up.✨🩷💫

I had a great day at my little stall in Newbay yesterday. The “Cacao by the Cup” was flowing for the day. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 The energy in the space was so beautiful. ☯️ And it was so much fun meeting and chatting with so many amazing people, some old friends, some new friends and so many Self Love Clubbers🥹🥰🩷 My heart is full & I am grateful to all involved for creating the magic ✨✨✨

The reviews are in from our Portugal Retreat ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ The most amazing experience co-hosting with the beautiful Laura and catered by the amazing Shani .kitchen and the most amazing 11 women that attended. Magic happens when women gather together and this was truly magical. 4 days of memories that I will treasure forever ✨✨✨✨

I am excited to share that I am planning a beautiful in-person Self Love Club Journey in my Sanctuary. It will run over these 5 Mondays in May and June, there will be a morning session from 10am-12pm and an evening session from 7pm-9pm. Max in each session will be 8 people. Over the 5 weeks we will share Opening & a Closing Cacao Ceremonies, Meditation. Sound baths, Journalling, Mindful movement, Vision boards, Community, Connection and more. The price is €150 and will include all 5 sessions, A Self Love Club Journey Journal (worth €40) and the option to be added to a whatsapp group for connection between sessions. A deposit of €25 can be paid on booking and then you can pay €25 at each session. I am so excited to see who will join me. Send me a message to secure your space ✨✨✨
