3 spaces left for my January Baby Reflexology course which begins on Wednesday 7th January in Coolcotts community centre, Wexford.

If you have recently had a baby & would like to ease yourself back into the world.....coming along to a baby reflexology class is a lovely way to do it 💕
I try to create a warm, friendly & nurturing environment that welcomes babies at all stages & ages.
Classes are relaxed & completely baby & parent led. A safe space to be yourself.
Over the 3 week class you will learn to help your baby naturally with simple reflexology techniques that help:

🌿 Ease symptoms of colic, wind & reflex
🌿 Relax, calm & soothe baby...aiding sleep
🌿 Boost baby's immune system
🌿 Ease teething & sinus pain & congestion
🌿 Relax the parent & build confidence
🌿 Encourage bonding

Class runs from Wednesday 7th - 21st January from 10.30-11.30am.

Due to demand I will be running a 2nd October course running on FRIDAY mornings starting Friday 10th October in Coolcotts community centre, Wexford.

I have 3 places available so if you & your baby would like to come along & meet other new M**s & babies & learn simple reflexology to relax, soothe & calm baby then get in touch. Classes are baby led & easy going.

Class runs from Friday 10th - 24th October from 10.30-11.30am each day.
Cost: €50 including notes, oil, goody bag & refreshments.
