Janette McDonald is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher who has been practising yoga for 26 years and teaching for 19. She loves to share the beauty of Yoga and the wonderful benefits it brings to your experience of life. She teaches a classical style practice incorporating philosophy, mantra, and meditation along with postures, breath work, and relaxation practices.

Siobhan Foxton has been practising yoga and mantra since her early 20’s. She completed her 200-hour yoga teaching in 2016 with Yoga hub. She has been influenced by many styles of yoga and particularly enjoys vinyasa flows .She spent a month in an Ashram in India to immerse herself in yoga, mantra, and meditation. She has always been drawn to sound and mantra and has recently completed her sound healing diploma. She uses sound to heal the body and to reset her clients' nervous systems. She runs her own sound healing practice in Arklow, where she offers 1-1 sound therapy treatments and Rahanni Celestial healings. She also offers group sound baths to interested parties.
