Bio-Energy Healing is about addressing the CAUSE of the problem so the body can heal itself from the INSIDE OUT without drugs or surgery. Long deep breaths, filling the lungs and abdomen.

Use the breath to move any stuck energy in the chakra system, aura, and our four body system ie.physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Breathe in the light, while bringing to mind a positive affirmation to do with a current issue, and breathe out the pain, block or issue.
