Our Story

Hi, I’m Sharon and my passions are Food and Essential Oils.

For over 25 years I worked as a food stylist and writer between London, New York and Dublin with some of the top names in food in the media (think Jamie Oliver, James Martin, Lorraine Pascale and Ina Garten). Currently, I have two cookbooks, cook on TV and represent brands. I create recipe, photography and video content.

Life changing experiences through my personal use of doTERRA's essential oils, led me to work with this incredible brand by sharing and teaching about their power in managing health and wellness naturally for personal empowerment.
