So it turns out Wednesday is the most popular evening for yoga classes and so yoga will resume next Wednesday 13th @ 7pm at Labyrinth Yoga!

Thanks for bearing with me as we rework the schedule!

Next Wednesday will be a bring a friend for free class if you have a friend or family member who may be interested in trying it out ❤️

I’ve had a few cancellations due to the weather so I’m going to cancel tonight’s class.

Hope to see some of you next Tuesday and to brighten the dark weather next week’s class will be “bring a friend for free” if you’d like to bring a friend, partner or family member along for some cozy candlelit yoga just let me know.

Excited to be hosting a little pop up retreat at the gorgeous Segotia in Rathmines in late November. More details to follow but here is a sneak peak of the vibe there.

In the meanwhile, my weekly Tuesday drop in class continues at Labyrinth Yoga in Barntown, Co.Wexford and we will be having a Saturday morning mini retreat there before Halloween to lean into those samhain energies of slowing down, letting go and moving inward.
