A 3 day zoom delivered course, Monday 20th July, 27th July, 3rd August 2020 - 9.30 am to 4.30 pm

Two contingency assessment questions, open book examination, typed up and submitted together with a project on HACCP within 1 month of completion of the course.

Cost: A County Wexford Chamber Skillnet part funded course, € 290 to members of County Wexford Chamber, non members € 295.
