HACCP - Food Safety Training

David Power is a graduate of University College Cork, in Dairy Science and Food Science and Technology. He is also a licensed trainer with the Environmental Health Offices Association to deliver the Primary Course in Food Hygiene, and also with the National Food Hygiene Partnership to deliver the Management of Food Safety - The Essential Guide to HACCP Compliance.

David holds extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry, Healthcare Sector and Food Manufacturing. He worked as a practitioner in Food Manufacturing for 26 years prior to taking up his current role as a Food Safety Consultant in the year 2000.

David holds a high profile track record of problem solving with organisations in the food sector and also assisting food businesses to achieve their full potential.
