I have been very quiet here for the past year or so as I felt the need to keep my energy within as I got my body and mind ready to consciously carry and birth a new little one into the world in my full power and sovereignty.

Roan was born on the 25th of November, at home, in the water (our little Seal) in front of the fire.

Her birth was the most magical and powerful experience that my body and soul have ever experienced.

I would love to share her birth story soon. I am not quite ready to come out of our postpartum bubble just yet ✨✨
