Today we offered Music and Mindfulness at CHI temple street to staff and parents to mark World Music Therapy Week. I feel very lucky to be part of a small team of just 2 at Temple Street. Myself and Alison, who use Music Therapy to support children and their families during their stay. Also not forgetting the 4 amazing Music Therapists at CHI Crumlin Aine, Sue, Raimonda and Marina. Such a privilege 🎼🎹🪘🎸🎻💕🙏

Thinking of you this Christmas.
Christmas is supposed to be a happy time but……………
Many are sad.
Many are sick.
Many are lonely.
Many are struggling.
Many are worried.
Many are grieving.

As beautiful and joyous as Christmas is meant to be. Christmas can be a tough time for many, many people. I am thinking of you all and sending my love. X
