A peaceful and happy new year to everyone.

Excited to get back to our Classes starting back tomorrow 5th Jan 2026!

Some small changes to our schedule.

New mat Pilates class starting on Tuesdays with Caroline. See our website for more information.

Intellidance Dance Play for 12-36 months is now on Mondays 10am.

Caregiver & Mama yoga/ reflexology & massage is now on Thursdays 10am.

We all had so much fun today with Genna from .with.nature at her mindful wreath making workshop. It was nice to shut our phones off for 2 hours and enjoy some time with a lovely bunch of people crafting, creating and drinking tea.
