1 - 1:45 pm Somatic Movement
2 - 2:45 pm Hatha Yoga
3 - 4:15 pm Movement medicine Dance

30 min Holistic Treatments on offer:

Shiatsu 9 am - 12 pm
Acupuncture 9 am - 12 pm
Bio kinesiology 12 - 3 pm
EFT Tapping 12 - 3 pm
