Ive been helping women overcome painful periods and hormone issues holistically for the last 5 years.

🥞 Luteal Phase

If your not supporting your cycle and your Luteal phase, you can feel like the world is working against you!

🩸 Your hungry although you've eaten, your cravings are through the roof, you hate yourself because you've no willpower, everyone is too loud and out to get you, your bloated, your too tired to exercise AND your about to have the worst PMS just to top it all off 🫠 actually maybe throw in some severe period cramps when your period does come.

I went from that ⬆️ to a normal functioning human being when I learnt what my cycle is, what hormones are fluctuating, and how to support this phase (cos this is the MOST sensitive phase). I do this and teach this to all my clients, especially when clients come to me with fertility issues, painful periods or irregular periods.

It truly is about education yourself to what your cycle is, leaning into that, working with it, not against it.

You dont have to completely change your diet and lifestyle through the month, I hate that extreme cycle syncing BS. But you can support this phase easily, to make life easier, have less or no PMS, have healthier periods, and not feel like a troll for a full week out of the month.

Our Womens Wellness Morning in Kemare was a fabulous morning of movement, nourishment and connection ❤️

The ladies enjoyed a pilates session with Fiona to get them going, followed by brunch, hormone workshops and a guided meditation 🧘‍♀️

The Menstrual Phases Series - OVULATION 🥚

Ovulation isn’t just about fertility! It’s a key sign of overall health. Its really the STAR 🌟 OF THE SHOW!

When you come off the pill, ovulation doesn’t always return immediately.
Your body has to restart the communication between your brain and ovaries, and that adjustment can take time.

You might notice irregular cycles, acne, mood changes, or missing periods in the months after stopping hormonal contraception.
This is common, and in many cases, temporary.

Ovulation is SUPER important because it drives the production of hormones like progesterone and estrogen, which support your mood, metabolism, bone health, and cycle regularity 🩸

Supporting healthy ovulation is about giving your body the basics first:
Enough food
Good sleep
Stress management
Appropriate training and recovery
Time to regulate especially post birth control

A healthy cycle is one of the clearest signs your body feels safe and supported.

Come join us for a morning of movement, connection and nervous system regulation.

We’ll start with a gentle pelvic health Pilates session with Fiona from suitable for all levels. Fiona is a chartered physiotherapist, with a deep understanding and experience managing all types of of pelvic health issues.

Enjoy a delicious brunch, followed by a nutrition and hormone health workshop with Holistic Nutritionist Emily from . Emily will give you practical tips to incorporate into your daily life for optimal hormone health. We’ll also take time to slow down with a guided mindfulness practice and soothing sound healing to help you fully relax and reset.

This is a space to learn, restore and take some time for yourself. Louise from will share her experience with how she incorporates nervous system health into her daily life, and how she helps her clients with this through practices like Indian Head Massage.

Take a pause from the busyness and join us for a relaxing and nourishing morning!
