Come join us for a morning of movement, connection and nervous system regulation.

We’ll start with a gentle pelvic health Pilates session with Fiona from suitable for all levels. Fiona is a chartered physiotherapist, with a deep understanding and experience managing all types of of pelvic health issues.

Enjoy a delicious brunch, followed by a nutrition and hormone health workshop with Holistic Nutritionist Emily from . Emily will give you practical tips to incorporate into your daily life for optimal hormone health. We’ll also take time to slow down with a guided mindfulness practice and soothing sound healing to help you fully relax and reset.

This is a space to learn, restore and take some time for yourself. Louise from will share her experience with how she incorporates nervous system health into her daily life, and how she helps her clients with this through practices like Indian Head Massage.

Take a pause from the busyness and join us for a relaxing and nourishing morning!

How I fuel myself in my Follicular Phase 🩸

I dont do well with restriction or being hangry! I LOVE food and have almost perfected how to eat as much as possible while being healthy 😅

Im always eating something before I workout - to keep my hormones happy and my energy high.

🥗 Im adding broccoli to help with estrogen detox in thos phase, fibre rich foods to prevent estrogen reabsorption and support my gut, and carrot salad to enhance detox + support my liver health.

Protein at each meal helps support my energy levels, blood sugar balance, promote muscle growth and keep my hormones in check!

Recipes for the Blueberry Breakfast Bars and Sweet Potato Quiche are on my page! I meal prep the quiche most weeks 🍠

In this phase im able to go without much snacking between meals - this day would look different in my Luteal phase 🍫 I would prep a Luteal phase healthy treat to have a snack!

The Follicular Phase - follow along real time to see what my hormones are doing in my Follicular phase!

Energy starts to rise.
Motivation comes back online.
My body is rebuilding, refocusing, and preparing for ovulation.

Here’s what’s happening behind the scenes:

✨ Estrogen is climbing — supporting mood, confidence, and mental clarity
💧 Cervical mucus begins to change — from dry or sticky to more creamy and eventually slippery as fertility increases
🌿 The body is actively processing and clearing estrogen — liver, gut, and hydration all play a role in healthy estrogen detox
⚡ Energy and resilience often improve — making this a great time to train harder, start projects, and be more social

Testosterone begins to rise during the late Follicular phase too! Giving us energy and increasing libido.

Healthy Blueberry Almond Breakfast Bars 🫐

*HIT SAVE* This takes *literally* 5 minutes to make!

I make something like this every week to have on hand for breakfast, an 11am snack, pre gym fuel or an evening sweet treats.

Kids would LOVE these too.

These turned out so good! Soft, filling, and perfect for busy mornings. High in fiber, naturally gluten-free, and great for meal prep!

Ingredients:
• 2 cups almond flour
• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
• 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• Pinch of salt

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Line a 8x8" baking dish
3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
4. Whisk the eggs, milk, and sweetener in another bowl
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
6. Fold in the blueberries
7. Spread into the dish and bake for 25–30 minutes
8. Let cool, slice into bars, and enjoy

Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout fuel 🏋️‍♀️

The hormone drop and shift here can really affect how you feel. Let me explain:

During the menstrual phase, hormones are at their lowest, your uterus is contracting to shed its lining, inflammation temporarily increases, and your energy naturally dips.
That’s why you might feel more tired, achy, slower, or in need of extra rest during this time.

This phase is less about pushing through… and more about supporting your body while it resets.
