✨ The Well Women Morning ✨
Come join us for a morning of movement, connection and nervous system regulation.
We’ll start with a gentle pelvic health Pilates session with Fiona from suitable for all levels. Fiona is a chartered physiotherapist, with a deep understanding and experience managing all types of of pelvic health issues.
Enjoy a delicious brunch, followed by a nutrition and hormone health workshop with Holistic Nutritionist Emily from . Emily will give you practical tips to incorporate into your daily life for optimal hormone health. We’ll also take time to slow down with a guided mindfulness practice and soothing sound healing to help you fully relax and reset.
This is a space to learn, restore and take some time for yourself. Louise from will share her experience with how she incorporates nervous system health into her daily life, and how she helps her clients with this through practices like Indian Head Massage.
Take a pause from the busyness and join us for a relaxing and nourishing morning!
