Just shy of 2 years ago, I tore my ACL. Through my journey, there is no way I would have believed that I could be a National medalist in anything 😱

I have learned SOOOO much along this path, I even listen to my coach now (most of the time) 😜 ! Thanks for all the hard work coach.

Back in September I started training with my strength coach & his amazing gym . Feeling the strength I had over the last 2 weekends while racing is so rewarding. Seeing all the hard work pay off & feeling it in my muscles 💪🏼 so grateful to you guys

So proud to put on my vest - such an amazing club 🪿💚

Special thanks to Sam in for the best recovery & sports massage & going out of your way to get the compression boots to me! Game changer 😜💚

Lastly I genuinely would not be able to do any training without the support of my amazingly supportive husband - thank you 💖

Just some random love for my (older, though everyone thinks I am older 🤣!) sister. Always there holding everyone & everything together. The most beautiful soul, amaaaazing momma, daughter, sister & friend.

We went to Connemara over Mid-term (that's a whole other post!). Elaine came for less than 24hrs & we got to make some pretty special memories together.
