A warm and loving invitation from my heart to yours to come and join me and a beautiful group of wise uplifting women as we individually explore the peace that lies within ourselves, in a loving compassionate environment. I'm holding this months gathering with the intention to allow our ever present peaceful nature to become known to us as we peel back the layers of noise and distraction, as we delve into the calm waters that lie within , we will do this with gentle to moderate stretching , yoga postures incorperating concentrated breathing , guided meditation and a relaxation .
The term is four weeks however with the midterm in-between you have the option of dropping in it doesnt matter if beginning or continuing your journey just come . I Promise to take care of you. X
