Wicklow Play and Creative Arts Therapy Play therapy uses a variety of play and creative arts techniques to help children who are strugglling emotionally to realise their potential.

I am an Accredited Play/Creative Arts Therapist with a. MSc in Bereavement studies. I have a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Post Grad Certificate in Environmental Art Therapy.

Starting in November 2025 is my next SoulWork in Nature series of workshops over 12 months. Preparing for the first of 12 months of SoulWork in Nature half day workshops. This group will meet once a month for 12 months to be in nature working with creative therapeutic exercises, rituals, poetry and stillness and the gift of working with the same group of people for 12 months. I have spent the last 2 days in the woodland preparing and I feel the benefits in spades that nature offers - both emotionally and physically.
