Fish & Chips 😂. The chips are SW chips and from the freezer and the salmon is from the freezer too 💪. Not a veg to be seen - the only veg in this house right now are 3 manky scallions and even mankier celery 😂😂. BUT ….. this is not a take away💪 ….. this is still free food 💪…… this is still taking a step closer to my goal rather than a step further away 💪….. This is real ❤️❤️

Yes this was lush …… yes this was delicious ….. yes this was all free food with a healthy calcium choice…… yes I’m losing weight …..yes you can eat pasta and lose weight 💪……. As I always remind my members ….. they haven’t walked through my doors because they are eating too much pasta 😏……. Pasta is low in calories and high in filling power ❤️💪….. Let’s keep it real ❤️

Today marks 10 years since I became a Slimming World Consultant… and honestly, my heart is so full. 💕

Over the last decade, I’ve had the absolute privilege of:
💗 Supporting incredible members on their weight-loss journeys
💗 Celebrating countless milestones with my members (big and small!)
💗 Laughing, crying, motivating and cheering people on
💗 Creating a Circle of Love where everyone feels welcome
💗 Watching confidence grow — not just on the scales

What started as a job quickly became a passion — and the community we’ve built together truly means everything to me.

To my members (past & present): thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for inspiring me every single week.
To my fellow consultants: thank you for the friendship, support and laughs behind the scenes.
