The team together holds something special… a quiet magic where healing unfolds naturally, where stories are witnessed, and where connection feels effortless. I love being part of this, it's honestly the greatest gift to witness such incredible acts of kindness, compassion and support being shared within a group of complete strangers.

Grateful for every soul who steps through the door and adds to the energy of this space ❤️ my heart is truly full ❤️

We will experience the delights of Rishikesh India's holy city and the nourishment of a few days in the countryside. The emphasis is on sensually awakening and nurturing the Goddess within. There will be yoga, rites and rituals for women using beautiful oils and healing herbs. An opportunity to learn Bhangra dance and be decorated in Henna. We will feast on yummy Indian food. We will have the exotic experience of a dawn jungle safari . There will also be ample opportunity to go within , to withdraw the senses in quiet meditation and contemplation. We will be in Rishikesh for the full moon on the 15th when Kartika Purnima festival is celebrated, by Hindus, Sikhs and Jains honouring Lord Vishnu and the Moon.
