We unpack the impact on your gut, brain, bones, heart and intimate health - and how you can look after them all.

🔸 Week 3 (17 November): Stress, sleep + saying no
Explore the mindset, nutrition and lifestyle shifts that will make a big impact - from nervous system calm to boundary-setting.

🔸 Week 4 (24 November): Go forth and prosper
Bring it all together into a simple, sustainable plan for feeling stronger, calmer, and more like YOU again.
