💥🎃💥Love the frightful delights of / (these carved pumpkins are thanks to my brother and son)❣️ Such a special time, when the veil between the worlds becomes like a wisp of mist on Full nights…a time to illuminate, acknowledge, and integrate the of our , our and fears as essential parts of us.

In Ireland, the birthplace of Halloween, here known as Samhain, the cross quarter holy day midpoint between Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice…we celebrate the Celtic New Year when we say farewell to what has passed and are in a dark phase of womb like conception…where incredible creativity and ( Season!) is happening deep down but nothing is seen just yet.

Indeed what an intense & wonderful month of celebration and connection with family and my October has been! It maybe attributed to the & mirroring of the , of the wheel, of my annual & and/or simply of the shifts in my own . Whatever the case, I salute all the inside and out that have bestowed me with such wonder and deep !

Recently, I visited the phenomenal artist, James ’s in West Cork (featured in the photos) that offers a portal into an open Hermetic space that at once illuminates the sky above and a place within. I’ve also entered many such tomb and well in …all enabling us to the self with the greater . Ritualising our intentions & with spaces & practices magnifies their . Exiting such womb spaces also annunciates our capacity for .

Danielle Vierling, Soul Truth Maven & SynergyDance Facilitator, initiated into the esoteric arts and Native American rituals as a child of the 1960s with spiritually inspired & guided parents, educated with a Masters degree in International Communications & Conflict Resolution (1993), and trained and certified in Polarity Therapy (integrated energy healing), SynergyDance/Yoga (therpeutic movement) (1996)and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage (2018). In professional practice for 22 years in Ireland and worldwide helping thousands of clients get empowered through body-soul alignment & having successfully delivered 8 well-being retreats in the USA, Ireland, Spain, & Italy.

& Julian ARRANZ, born with a Gift in his Hands for Art, Design, Energy Healing, Massage, and Compassionate Touch. He has a University education in Philosophy, science and the Arts, and qualifications in Polarity therapy, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, and functional osteopathic technique. His professional practice over many years has been to teach people how to discover and connect with the deepest, authentic, and highest self to live a life full of meaning & purpose, providing the tools & knowledge necessary to become responsible for health and wellness. He has whole-heartedly co-facilitated numerous workshops and 3 amazing retreats with Danielle over the past 5 years.
