I always say that reiki finds the right people at the right time, but the same can be said for crystals!

One of my beautiful clients randomly found one of the crystals we used during her session in her car a few days later! No explanation can be given, other than, this was meant for her!

There's no doubting life's thrown me a few lemons and curveballs along the way but this year I made a commitment to make my own happiness a priority.

No longer seeking validation from others or worrying about opinions. Just a girl, living for me!

When you start making yourself a priority it's amazing what doors life opens for you.

Feel like my feet are finally hitting the ground after a chaotic few months.

Lots of changes, and thankfully all good, but even life's high can take its toll!

I am definitely feeling burnout and fatigue creeping in!

This weekend I will be prioritising slowing down and making time for me!

We dont let our phones run out of charge, so why do we do it to ourselves!

When's the last time you did something just for you?

Dont give the world what's left of you, give the world the best of you!

So my page has been VERY quiet lately!

The summer was manic! In a very good way, but crazy none the less!

From holidays, to house moves, to job changes and college & exams. Self-care is so important so I took a little break to enjoy the journey of all the changes happening in life.

All the madness has settled and I am SO excited to be back with you all! And even more excited to spend some time in my little zenden with all you beauties!
