Our Christmas schedule is live! ❄️🔥

There is a small increase in price from the 24th to the 28th to cover additional costs over the Christmas period, with sessions appearing on Wunderbook as “Christmas Sauna” with bundle packs not applicable to these sessions. Finally sessions on the 24th and 25th will run simultaneously!

We’re looking forward to seeing you over the holidays whether it’s a festive reset, or a moment of calm between celebrations.

Hi All! We are delighted to announce we are now introducing one additional sauna session a day and will be trialing the long awaited silent sauna sessions! 🤫

Starting next Monday the 30th on mid week days only in Sauna 2 only we will be trialing one silent sauna session a day from 4:30-5:15pm!

The rules are simple! Relax in the heat, respect others time agus Dún Do Bhéal 🧖‍♀️ 😀
