✨Felt Sense Workshop✨
Felt sense is a deep awareness or inner knowing often called introspection, acting as the bridge between body and mind.
In this workshop we will expore our connections to ourselves by learning about the nervous system through a polvagal lens from which we will delve into movment and breath practices that may help us move, both physically and emotionally, through the world.
This workshop will be fully trauma informed meaning that safety and choice are at the foundation of all that we do together.
I am so delighted to offer this workshop. It’s been something I have been working toward for a long time and am really passionate about.
