We are on the mat in Youghal for the next 3 Fridays at 7pm for a yoga flow and deep release, few spaces open. €30 for 3 week class bundle or €15 per class. Taught by senior yoga teacher Maria Kirby, namaste 🙏

We are back on the mat on Friday 24th March in Inch Community Hall at 7pm. 4 week block @ €40 or €15 per class. A relaxing stretch, Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara), breath work (Pranyama) and a treat of deep rest (Savasana) to close. Suitable for all levels.
