השבוע הייתי בקמפינג עם הילדים..
לפתוח את האוהל, לסגור את האוהל,
לסחוב את השולחן המתקפל,
לישון (לא ממש לישון ) על האדמה,
והגוף...אוי הגוף...
זה כבר לא מרגיש לגוף אותו דבר,
כמו הקמפינגים שהייתי עושה לפני 15 שנה...
אז הייתי טורפת את השטח
ובולעת עפר...
אז כשחזרתי מהקמפינג
ידעתי כבר איך להחזיר את כל החלקים למקומם,
ולתת לגוף להגיד לי תודה-
קבעתי לעצמי טיפול שיאצו.
(ברור שרק שיאצו למטפלת שיאצו..)
אז היי את- אישה, אמא,( וגם אתה)
בין כל הטיולים, האוהלים, החאנים והמסלולים,
אל תשכחי שהחירות האמיתית של הגוף
היא לתת לו להשתחרר מכל העומסים
שהוא צובר כל הדרך בחופשה...

אז מוזמנת לבוא אליי לטיפול
ולהעניק לגוף את מה שמגיע לו..
