Flow yoga for all levels and aerial silk workouts. My classes are alignment based flow yoga and also theraputic yoga in groups or private classes.

I started my yoga studio 5 years ago to help women in Israel get stronger, more flexible, and relax while they lead meaningful yet hectic lives. Women of all ages are welcome!

Tomorrow night the pre-Chanukah vibes begin in the studio in the candlelight yoga class. There will be aerial classes on Chanukah, times TBA.
