Asana is just one small part to reach what yoga really means. There is many ways to practice Yoga. Feel one with everything. Feel the divine wisdom in and out. Flourish and flow!

We are going back home today from our special Yoga Beyond weekend, happy and excited from our next circle that coming, the home movement and more.

Things for us to be understand, life goes smooth. what is to be, manifests effortlessly , the struggle is eliminated. What is not to be is avoided, one obtains satisfaction, contentment- Guru calls it Santhok. One understands life, one comes to understand the unseen, one comes to understand themselves. one comes to understand the Creator, as it pleases him one merges with his will, as a stream merges into an ocean.clarity do that, This is the Self. Our Soul.
Then it become Karma, Action.
