האמת, התרגשנו…
קבוצת רז שלנו זכתה בפרס המיתוג מטעם האקדמיה למיתוג לשנת 2024 על המיתוג החדש לבנק ירושלים.
כבר באמצע הדרך, בתוך
התהליך האסטרטגי והקריאטיבי שחצה את כל שדרת ההנהלה של הבנק,
ידענו שאנחנו מביאים לשינוי מהותי בתפיסה הארגונית וריענון משמעותי בתקשורת הפנימית והחיצונית של הבנק. הבנו, שהפעם אנחנו עושים ללקוח שינוי בקנה מידה אחר.
שתי מילים שחברנו יחד - בנקאות קשובה - יצרו אמירה חדשה, ידידותית ועממית ויחד עם זאת אלגנטית ובטוחה בעצמה כחלק מה-DNA של הבנק. כך הצפנו למעשה את האמת של משפחת האנשים האלה בבנק. הארנו את זהותו של הבנק כמתמחה בטיפול בעסקאות מורכבות ובמגזרים נבחרים, מתוך יצירתיות בתפירת פתרונות המותאמים במצבים מאתגרים באינטימיות ובאכפתיות קשובה, שהיו לאמת שצפה פתאום ולא היתה נוכחת קודם בתקשורת ובמסרים של הבנק.
כל אלו באו לידי ביטוי בשפה התקשורתית החדשה: לוגו ושפה המהווים אינטרפרטציה רעננה ללוגו המקורי שנוצר לפני 60 שנה - הדקל הוותיק החקוק על מטבע הלירה, דרך שערי ירושלים ועד לנביעה של שפע, צמיחה ושגשוג.
