I have been certified in Massage Therapy, with Specialization in Sports Massage for over a decade and am regarded as one of the best, most qualified massage therapists in the state of Florida. Only 6 months into my massage therapy career, I was hired as an Independant Contractor by the New York Yankees for Spring Training and have worked with them every year since. In addition, when any injured players are sent in town for rehabilitation after injury or surgery, the team will have me come in to work as part of the Rehablitation Team. Aside from the New York Yankees, I have numbers of current and former professional football, baseball and other athletes that are absolutely loyal to me and swear by my services. I have worked with athletes in all aspects of treatment; maintenance, injury, and rehabilitation. All treatment is designed to the specific needs of the individual athlete. Reduction of pain, helping my clients achieve their goals by increasing optimal performance and eliminating any soft tissue restrictions/injuries are my primary goals.

🚨Sub-10 Ironman Alert!🚨

It’s rare to come across an athlete like Roy Assor not because he trains hard. He does. But because he does the homework. Religiously. That’s how PRs are made.

9:59:02. That’s what he just threw down. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

That’s not just a time, that’s multiple years of relentless work, brutal training, upgrading his recovery and doing the ever adjusting homework .

Roy didnt break 10 hours at Ironman just because he trained harder. He did. But he trained smarter as well.

He was already grinding hard. Already committed.
Already 💯 all-in.
