Repair of adult congenital tracheoesophageal fistula
בת 38, אירועי דלקות ריאה חוזרות מילדות.
הוחל בירור ע"י רופא ריאות ובו הודגם מום מולד של חיבור בין הושט והקנה שגרם לשאיפת מזון לדרכי הנשימה ולכן דלקות ריאה חוזרות לאורך כל השנים.
בניתוח בגישה זעיר פולשנית החיבור (פיסטולה) זוהה ונותק.
לאחר הניתוח המטופלת ללא אירועי דלקות ריאה וחשה בטוב.

An investigation was initiated by a pulmonologist, which demonstrated a congenital TEF Tracheoesophageal fistula causing recurrent aspirations and therefore recurrent lung infections throughout the years.
In minimally invasive surgery, the fistula was identified, divided a closed using endostapler with pleural flap reinforcement.
After surgery, the patient had no episodes of lung infections, is doing well and very greatfull.
