Merry Thanks-give-oween!!! We have Christmas items, Thanksgiving items and Halloween items for you to look at. We have Halloween costumes and will be adding more next week. There are really nice sweatshirts for men and women and some great Nebraska sweatshirts to wear to the Michigan game on Saturday. There is a beautiful print by Warren Kimble.

We have a new donation box!!!!! It would be appreciated if you would make sure the doors are locked and the lid is latched after you drop off your donations. This will help to keep the wind from damaging it. Your donations and purchases are helping us meet our pledge of $25,000.00 for radiology equipment for the hospital. Come in and see what we have just waiting for you.🙂🙂

The newly repaired donation box was completely wiped out by the Saturday night storm. All pieces are accounted for except the lid. We will be ordering a new one soon. In the meantime, you can put donations in the old box….if it doesn’t look like rain. Or you can bring them through the front door during store hours…Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 to 4:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 12:00. If you see our lid somewhere, please let us know.🙂🙂🙂🙂

So happy to announce that our donation box is fixed thanks to the hospital maintenance department. We are accepting donations now through the 15th of the month. Thank you for using smaller bags for your donations. That makes it so much easier to carry. Items have been marked down, including purses.

It’s too hot to be outside, come in, cool off and shop. The stroller, the Little Tykes play set and the wine barrel have been reduced. Remember that we take donations from August 1st through August 15th and then no donations from August 16th through August 31st. Also please consider using smaller white bags for your donations or don’t fill the black bags completely…..they get too heavy for our volunteers to carry in. We also have lots of backpacks for school.

Lots of great new stuff to look at and many of the items would fit in your home! We got great donations this week and we very much appreciate the support that gives to the hospital. However, the big black bags are so heavy we would ask that you consider using smaller white bags. If your grandma can’t carry the bag, it’s probably too heavy for our volunteers to carry into the store from the box. Thanks for your understanding.
