Thank you to the year 2025, to everyone that was a part of it, to myself for jumping head first into every beautiful and challenging experience.

Little did I know that this would be my last year before the evolution of my soul and path to motherhood.

When reflecting on the year I can confidently say thank you to the universe for putting me exactly where I needed to be this year. So much travel and independence and exploration of who I am so that I could embrace those parts of that self even as I slowly transform.

I have no doubt that this next chapter will be just as magical and difficult and perfect, the way life is.

I hope to meet every new experience in 2026 with love and presence to the best of my ability❤️🙏🏼

And I hope the same for you too sweet person reading this caption ☺️

Part 2 of my favorite pregnancy poses series is here!! You guys seemed to really enjoy it the first time I shared that so I was more than happy to find some more poses that I have been LOVING to share with you again❤️

Please feel totally comfortable with commenting or messaging me personally for any questions regarding these postures. They should all feel stretchy, strong and supportive for you and baby 🌼

Always move slowly in and out of poses and take softer variations of feeling any strain or discomfort.

Second trimester favorites ✨
the shapes my body has been asking for lately are gentle, spacious, supportive, flowy and strong.

⭐️ forearm cat/cow for releasing the low back + giving the belly room
⭐️ reverse table top for opening the front body + feeling strong without strain
⭐️ goddess pose for grounding + leg & hip strength without pressure
⭐️ half moon for balance + breath
⭐️ straddle with a shoulder stretch to melt tension and make space

Every pregnancy is different! These are just the ones that feel good for me right now.

Always listen to your body, take the space you need, and honor whatever season you’re in. 🤍

The only constant is change.
To be in a state of cocoon before butterfly.
But not just once, over and over and over again.
Every day.
We evolve every day even if just a little.
We have the ability to transform every day.
If you want it.
Transformation.
Or even if you don't.
It will find you.

The mantra I choose to invite in this time and share with you if you resonate with it too:
I believe in being ready✨

With that I invite change, I invite transformation - as a positive message - I believe I can be ready for it when it happens and as it happens.

As Frank Ocean says in his song "biking" that I love a whole lot, "God gave you what you can handle".

Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar is tomorrow. A time of deep reflection, release, and renewal. It invites us to turn inward, acknowledge where we’ve fallen short, and trust that through honesty and humility, transformation is possible. Just as the day offers a chance to reset our relationship with ourselves and others, it reminds us that real change is built on trust. In the process, in forgiveness, and in the possibility of becoming anew.

Life lately ✨

What a difference a week can make! Last Sunday I was teaching on zoom because it wasn't safe to be out. Once the ceasefire was confirmed everything opened again like BAM.

Back to regular scheduling and responsibilities beyond staying alive. It was a strange and beautiful week❤️

The urge to live is strong my loves🤩

Go forth and thriveeeeeeee! Make your dreams come true, hug your loved ones, do something you've been putting off, SAY YES TO LIFE.
