I was recently an invited speaker at ETS, which supervises TOEFL and GRE's (and other tests). Major theme in my powerpoint was "no robot reports allowed"--No formula statements, formula interpretations or excessive verbiage. Good scores don't necessarily mean "everything is okay." When making assessments you have to learn to read between the lines and examine "THE NATURE of the errors when making interpretations.
