בשבוע שעבר, הייתה לנו זכות וכבוד לארח במחלקה לרפואת הפה במרכז הרפואי הדסה עין כרם את פרופ’ סטנלי מלמד, מהדמויות המובילות בעולם בתחום הסדציה הדנטלית ומצבי החירום.
במהלך ביקורו בישראל, שהיה עבורנו עונג גדול, פרופ’ מלמד השתתף בפעילות אקדמית וקלינית מגוונת, שכללה סיורים באתרי מורשת חשובים בארץ, וגולת הכותרת- כנס בו העביר הרצאות מעמיקות ומעשירה בנושא סדציה דנטלית ומצבי החירום למאות רופאי שיניים ישראלים.
הביקור היווה חוויה של העשרה מקצועית יוצאת דופן, השראה אקדמית וחיזוק הקשר בין הקהילה הדנטלית בישראל לבין מובילי התחום בעולם.

It was a true honor and privilege to host Professor Stanley Malamed at the Department of Oral Medicine, Hadassah Medical Center.
Professor Malamed’s visit to Israel was a genuine pleasure and an exceptional opportunity for professional enrichment. During his stay, he participated in a series of academic and clinical activities, including professional tours throughout the country and a dedicated conference for dental practitioners, where he delivered an outstanding lecture on dental sedation.
The visit was both inspiring and educational, strengthening professional ties and contributing significantly to the advancement of dental education and practice.
