🌿 SUNDAY SLOWDOWN – Week 1
Post Title: 5-Minute Nervous System Reset
If you feel anxiety “in your chest,” try this:
Inhale through nose 4 seconds
Hold 4 seconds
Slow exhale through mouth 6 seconds
Repeat 10 times
Longer exhale = signal to brain: “I am safe.”
Do this before sleep tonight.
