Nine years ago, I took a leap of faith and chose this path — to be a Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist as my full-time work.

Today, my heart is full.

Through two pregnancies, through COVID, through times of uncertainty and even war… this path has held me, shaped me, and taught me more than I could have ever imagined.

But I didn’t walk it alone.
Each of you who showed up — on the mat, on the table, with your presence, your trust, your openness — you made this dream possible.

Because of you, I get to live a life that feels true.
A life of being an independent worker, of connection, of meaning, and of joy.

I feel deeply grateful.
For every breath shared, every moment of stillness, every step on this journey together.

Pesach reminds us that freedom is not only a story of the past…
it’s something we can experience within, here and now.

We are gently invited to return—
to the breath, to this moment, to what is alive in us.
In these challenging times, as we move through so much uncertainty,
we may notice how easy it is to feel overwhelmed, tense, or lost in our thoughts.

Each time we soften the body,

In uncertain times, staying calm can feel almost impossible… but it’s also one of the most powerful things we can offer ourselves and those around us 🤍

Here are a few gentle ways to come back to center:

🌿 Pause and breathe
Even one conscious breath can anchor you. Inhale slowly… exhale softly. Let your body remember safety, even for a moment.

🌿 Limit the noise
It’s okay to step back from constant news. Protect your mind like you would protect your heart.

🌿 Come back to the present
Right now, in this moment — are you safe? Let your awareness rest in what is here, not in what might happen.

🌿 Feel what you feel
Fear, sadness, anger… all are welcome. When we allow emotions to move, they don’t have to stay stuck.

🌿 Stay connected
A message, a hug, a shared silence — we don’t have to carry this alone.

🌿 Small rituals of care
A cup of tea, a short walk, lighting an incience, a few minutes of stillness… these are not small. They are acts of resilience.

Even in uncertainty, we can cultivate moments of peace within us 🕊️
And from there, we gently bring more calm into the world.

When we practice yoga with mindfulness, movement becomes slower, more intentional. Each posture is not about reaching a shape, but about feeling the journey there. Each inhale, each exhale, is a chance to return home to ourselves.

Raise your hand if you’ve ever done a yoga class, left feeling like a total zen master… and then promptly forgot everything by the next day. 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️
Spoiler alert: You’re not alone.
Two days ago in daf yomi (the daily study of a page of the Talmud — a central Jewish text studied worldwide) had this gem:
"Rava said: A person should always study—even if they forget what they learned, and even if they don’t understand what they’re saying." 🧠✨

🧘‍♀️ Yoga for Grounding and Resilience – Online & In-Person 🧘‍♂️

These days, many of us are holding tension, fear, and uncertainty in our bodies and hearts. Yoga won’t change the external situation — but it can help us breathe through it, stay grounded, and release what we’re carrying for even just one hour.

We are offering yoga classes, both on Zoom and in-person, as a space to reconnect, move, and find moments of peace and strength.

✨ What to expect:

A calm, supportive space

Breathwork to regulate the nervous system

Accessible movement to release stress

Restorative rest and stillness

A moment to be with what is — together
